Initiating the Graduation Process
The graduation process is initiated after the completion of the following stages:
completion of the thesis topic approval and selection process within the relevant course on WIKAMP,
submission by the student of the signed thesis topic card to the Faculty unit where the thesis supervisor is employed,
submission by the Faculty teaching unit (Institute or Department) of the complete set of approved thesis topic cards to the Dean’s Office, which then initiates the graduation process in the university system.
